Capestrani has now broken the Fredonia women's indoor mark three times this season. The new height is 1 1/2 inch higher than her previous school record, which was ranked 22nd in NCAA Division 3 at the start of the weekend.

- Women's triple jump -- Freshman Cassie Serafin (Cheektowaga, N.Y. / Depew) was sixth and senior Sarah Couperus (Marion, N.Y. / Marion) ninth in a field of 23 women.
Haines second in AARTC men's pole vault
Haynes cleared 4.71 meters (15 feet, 5 1/2 inches), good for eight team points. He entered the meet at No. 22 on the NCAA Division 3 performance list.
Also, Damone Brown (Haverstraw, N.Y. / North Rockland), a senior, finished fourth in the men's shot put. Brown's best throw of the day traveled 15.28 meters (50 feet, 1 3/5 inches), which earned five team points.
Mitchel Paciga (Jeffersonville, N.Y. / Sullivan West) is seventh after four events in the men's heptathlon
Feldman wins AARTC 400 meters
Feldman hit the finish line in 57.65 seconds, 1.2 seconds faster than Plattsburgh's Marissa Jones. The first five finishers were all from SUNYAC schools.
Also Saturday, senior Rachel Williams (Lockport, N.Y. / Lockport) finished fourth in the women's 20-pound weight throw with a toss of 15.32 meters (50 feet, 3 1/4 inches). There were 15 women entered in the event.
Finishing in a tie for fourth place in the high jump was senior Sarah Couperus (Marion, N.Y. / Marion). She cleared 1.59 meters (5 feet, 2 1/2 inches).
