On the men's side, Freshman Eric Williams had another great meet with a solid performance in the 60m High Hurdles with a time of 8.52 and a huge lifetime personal record of 22.48 in the men's 200m. Williams' time in the 200m is the 2nd fastest time in school history. Immediately following the 200m was the men's mile where Williams' former Batavia High School teammate, freshman Collin Mulcahy and sophomore, standout Zakk Hess stole the show. Hess ran first establishing a new personal record, ECAC qualifying performance, and the 4th fastest mile in school history with a time of 4:18.18. Mulcahy followed up Hess three sections later with a time of 4:22.41, winning his section and establishing the 7th fastest mile in school history.
More highlights and qualifying performances can be found below. The Blue Devils will be back at it next Saturday, February 2nd at Ithaca College's Bomber Invitational. The meet will primarily take place on Saturday with only the Men's Heptathlon concluding on Sunday, February 3rd.
