Meanwhile, sophomore Savia Moreland (Dunkirk, N.Y. / Dunkirk) finished second in the 60-meter hurdles in a season-best 9.82 seconds.
Each event was scored through eight places, which made individual event point-scorers out of junior Emily Maguire(Oakdale, N.Y. / Connequot), fifth in the 800; freshman Kayla Murray (Buffalo, N.Y. / West Seneca West), seventh in the pole vault; senior Madison Courtney (Getzville, N.Y. / Williamsville South), seventh in the 5,000 meters; junior Hannah Kurbs (Lockport, N.Y. / Lockport), eighth in the mile; and freshman Cassie Serafin (Cheektowaga, N.Y. / Depew), eighth in the triple jump.
