Q: What did you study at Fredonia and what year did you graduate?
A: I was a Biology major and graduated in 1999.
Q: What attracted you to Fredonia?
A: The teachers, science program, closeness to home, Coach Ulrich and the track team of course.
Q: Explain your experience as a Blue Devil.
A: I was really fortunate enough to be on the team with some really great guys. Being a student athlete was a privilege and representing Fredonia was an honor.
Q: What were some of your athletic/academic highlights?
A: 3.1 GPA Biology
2x All American: 400 Hurdles, 110 Hurdles, 10x State Champion
School record 400 hurdles and 4x400 relay
Member of the "20 in a row" SUNYAC championship team
Fredonia Hall of Fame 2004
Q: What kind of competitions have you participated in recently and how did you finish?
A: Empire State Games, Local gym fitness competitions, 500m rowing champion - Orange Theory Fitness 2014

A: Chiropractor at Northeast Chiropractic Center

A: I would love to do a cruise around the world and visit a new place every day.

Q: If you could give any advice to our current student-athletes/recruits what would it be?
A: Enjoy each day at Fredonia, focus on your studies and have fun at Fredonia. Ask questions and form good habits. Get involved in different activities and groups on campus. Develop good habits and a work ethic that will last into your career.
